Casa 10 Vila is the refurbishment of an 80s’ style house located in a residential area of Campinas, Brazil. Our clients, being a modern and young family, liked several aspects of the existing building but needed to add some new functions.

Way has proposed a scheme that ensures the in keeping of the character of the existing house with its neighbours whilst modernising the interior and rear of the building using contemporary construction methods to provide a much more modern, bright and spacious home.
